CAN I HIRE INFLATABLES / ITEMS OVERNIGHT?
Certainly! Most of our items can be hired overnight. Details regarding overnight availability can be found on the website for each individual item. Please note that overnight hire does not count as a second day of hire. Items will be collected in the morning or at a prearranged time. If you require additional days of hire, a separate charge for a second day will apply and it's important to keep the equipment safe and secure.
How do I pay?
We can collect cash on delivery or you can pay online once booking process is complete.(email office for payment link)
Do your inflatables have shower/sun covers?
Yes, some of our items come with shower or sun covers. Details regarding the availability of these covers can be found on the website for each individual item.
Do you have insurance/public liability cover?
Absolutely! Our Public Liability insurance is inline with government guidance, which covers any injury or accident deemed to be the fault of our staff or equipment.
What are the power requirements?
Each inflatable requires a 13amp power supply socket. If you're unsure about the number of inflatables being used, please contact us. The sockets must be within 20 meters of the equipment. If this isn't possible, please get in touch to discuss alternative options.
What if it rains on the day?
In the event of heavy rain, one of our team members will contact you to discuss safety concerns regarding the items you've booked. If there is torrential rain, we may need to cancel the booking for safety reasons, as safety is our top priority.
What if I need to cancel the booking?
Please notify us at least 48 hours prior to your booking if you need to cancel.
Cleaning charges?
There will be a cleaning charge if the item is returned dirty or mistreated during your supervision. Please ensure the item is as clean as it was upon delivery when our team comes to collect it.
What is your delivery policy?
Delivery costs are determined based on your area, and delivery times can be arranged during the booking process. We will inform you promptly if we're unable to provide delivery due to adverse weather, vehicle failure, illness, or any other factors. Please ensure there is adequate space, accessibility, and cleanliness at the location site for our items. Standard delivery/collection times are free, and we do our best to accommodate specific delivery times within this timeframe (additional cost).
The venue has asked for a PIPA certificate, do I need one?
